Message from our Headteacher, Mr Herbert
St George’s C of E School is a happy, caring place with a commitment to high standards. Our School ethos is one which promotes a positive, supportive and secure environment and which gives all pupils and adults a sense of being respected and valued. As Headteacher, it is my job to make sure that every child has the very best possible education here at St George’s- mind, body and soul.
We have an extremely talented, hardworking staff team who strive daily to go the extra mile to ensure our children receive the fullest, best education possible. In partnership with the whole school community and church, we work to develop the whole child. We will always aim to be consistent in our high expectations of behaviour. Our Christian Ethos and highly trained pastoral staff support underpin this. We have a deep, passionate commitment to giving our children the widest learning experiences possible, especially through learning outside the classroom.
